I’m ALL about subscription services and Daily Harvest is no exception. I genuinely thought I was not going to like them as much as I did. Honestly, I was hoping I WOULDN’T like them because I already have so many other subscription services and let me tell you, they add up QUICK.
The reason I decided to try these were because my trainer, April Witney (Smalletics), shared a code and I thought why not. If she is eating them, then they must be okay for me to eat. I will caution exactly what she cautioned me with, and that is that they are mostly carbohydrates so in order to make them a nourishing post-workout meal, we have to add protein powder. I use Olly Vanilla Protein Powder and cashew or oat milk from Elmhurst, which keeps these smoothies plant based.

I have no words for this smoothie because it is just THAT good! Hands down, the best smoothie they have to offer. It is perfect for after a morning workout to kickstart your day.
Dragon Fruit + Lychee
This smoothie LITERALLY tastes like strawberry ice cream. It’s my favorite fruit smoothie that they have on the menu and it makes me feel like I am on vacation.
